DISSOLUTION TESTING AND ANALYSIS OF VITAMIN C TABLETS

Abstract

Dissolution testing is used to determine the release rate of vitamin C from over-the-counter tablets. The analytical method for the analysis of the vitamin C in the samples pulled from the dissolution tester at various time intervals was optimized. Figures of merit were obtained for the analysis.
