BRAGG MIRROR BASED ON ALQ3/TIO2 MULTILAYERS**
Abstract
We employ a wet chemical method to fabricate organic/inorganic hybrid multilayers on glass substrate. Most important aspect of the project is the fabrication and modeling such structures for Distributed Bragg Reflector (DBR) applications. By using MATLAB software, DBR is designed and simulated. Using spectroscopy methods, the structures were characterized. Fabrication and characterization process are presented.
