PHOTOLUMINESCENCE OF INP/ZNS NANOCRYSTALS UNDER PRESSURE**
Abstract
Indium Phosphide-Zinc Sulfide (InP/ZnS) are semiconductors with many applications. The compound is made of nanocrystals which makes it even more interesting because it provides a way to study nano versus bulk properties. Photoluminescence experiments were performed on the nanocrystals at various pressures in order to characterize the electronic properties of the compound.
