Simple Model of the Hydrogen Molecule Potential**
We apply a one dimensional classical model of a diatomic molecule in one-dimension to the hydrogen molecule. We obtain the unknown parameters of our model from published theoretical electron correlation calculation as well as experiment. From the one dimensional classical model we expect to calculate the coefficients of our model potential so as to enable us to estimate the theoretical real molecule's vibrational frequency.
