Stochastic And Deterministic Methods For Biochemical Reaction Networks - L1 Gene Transcription
Abstract
Deterministic models for chemical and biochemical reactions have been around for a long time. However, in recent years researchers are giving much attention to stochastic simulation methods due to their detailed understanding of the biochemical reaction networks. In this article, we present both deterministic and stochastic simulation methods for analyzing dynamics of biochemical reaction networks and their application to L1 gene transcription model. We will also discuss the connection between stochastic and deterministic modelling approaches.
